Located in the circular-planned Spine Tower, the Orsaş office is positioned to occupy a semi-circular segment of the floor. In a layout that includes open and private office areas, an executive office, a meeting room, and a reception-waiting zone, the open offices were planned at the entry point to immediately associate the panoramic view with the entrance. Furthermore, the layout was designed so that the most prized portion of the view is visible from the executive office. The meeting room was configured to provide separate access points to both the general office areas and the executive office. The space possesses an identity that maintains a sense of unity and connection between the private and open offices, while shifting its design language across a spectrum of modern and classical lines. One of the defining elements of the office's character is the collection of rare artworks displayed throughout the premises.
