Vino Steakhouse

Vino Steakhouse

Client: Vino
Design + Build 2015
Location: Spine Tower / İstanbul

Vino Steakhouse was designed and built by Espas by adapting the concept of its first restaurant in Göztepe to a fast-food format. The most distinctive element of the space is its facade, which was planned as a fluid form manufactured from metal profiles, using hidden red lighting to evoke the image of a BBQ. At the point where this facade projects forward, it creates and conceals the dishwashing and storage areas behind it. In the section where the depth expands to accommodate descending ventilation ducts, the structure forms a ceiling that transitions into a table below. Since the area for placing tables was limited, seating areas—other than this single table—were positioned by extending the front section of the counter outward.
