Located at a very special point on the shore of the Köprübaşı dam lake, the complex has a unique program that combines residential and hotel functions. Bringing eight related families together and enabling a large family gathering, the building consists of eight hotel-style bedrooms suitable for this purpose, common living areas, technical, and service areas.

Located on a highly sloped and untouched land, all spaces of the building were positioned in a stepped manner to face a unique and variable landscape. Facing a lake view with winter rainfall and an endless view resembling a cultivated plain in summer, the building was designed to leave a minimal footprint in its location, where there is almost no settlement, by creating basements and keeping its volumes under the natural land cover. While the rooms create facades from different elevations and directions that frame different views of this untouched, natural landscape bearing no trace of the building, the common living areas are positioned above the rooms, merging with the terrace and dominating the entire panorama.

The corten steel tower, which is seen first when approaching the building from the upper level and serves as the entrance, represents and marks this largely buried complex with its form and material.
