Located in Köprübaşı, Manisa, this business center brings together the used car dealership sales units in the district into a single center and consists of common and social areas to serve the employees and customers of these sales units.

In the project, where the main elements determining the design were adapting to the highly sloping terrain and fitting the designated sales unit program into a limited area, the slope was turned into an advantage by placing the blocks at different elevations and creating stacked sales units entered from different levels. Thus, it became possible to design the units—a large part of whose area consists of vehicle exhibition/parking spaces—as two-story structures without the use of ramps.

In the three blocks, where a large part of the building area consists of closed office/sales and semi-open exhibition/parking spaces, the parking space required for one vehicle served as a module guiding the building dimensions and voids.

In the facility, which has a commercial building character, all construction methods were selected to be achievable with fast, budget-friendly production and local teams."
