Established in 2019 on a total area of 37 decares, the main product of Kurfallı Farm, which aims to increase product variety and meet the natural product needs of visitors across a wider range, is lavender. 13 decares have been allocated for this, and lavender oil is produced from these lavenders. Apart from lavender, various garden vegetables, legumes, and einkorn wheat are produced. The farm also produces eggs and honey, which was started as a trial production.

Kurfallı Farm, whose purpose is to focus on various crops, identify profitable products suitable for the region, and introduce them to local farmers, provides free lavender seedlings to farmers residing in the village without any commitment. In order to provide additional income to local women and utilize idle labor, products manufactured from farm produce are offered for sale.

The damaged masonry building with a wooden roof structure, located in the cultivated area and registered, was rebuilt true to its original form, but with a steel roof. A terrace with a pergola was created facing the lavender field in front of it and the adjacent forest area. The building includes a sales section where products made from farm produce are sold, a kitchen, storage areas, and an office. With the environmental landscaping, the entrance, open usage areas, cultivated areas, poultry house, and lavender oil production areas were arranged.
